Actress. Voice Artist. Writer.

Ingeborg is a South African German born actress, best known for her lead role in the indie feature film Expiration, directed by Alastair Orr.

After graduating top of her class from the University of Pretoria with a BA Drama Honors Degree (Cum Laude) as well as a BA English Honors Degree (Cum Laude) , Ingeborg was cast straight out of university as the lead in an international three year tour of Barney and Friends, a live musical theatre production of the popular children’s show.

Ingeborg was chosen to play the lead role in a pioneering multimedia viral campaign for the international Barnes and Noble launch of the #1 bestseller, I Wrote This For You by Iain Thomas. Her local success in popular series such as Sewende Laan, Fairlady Style Intern, and feature films Expiration and Liefling prompted a move from South Africa to London where she continued to shine as a voice artist and audiobook narrator for a number of Audible titles. While in London she also lead the cast of short films Final Call, which premiered at The London National Gallery and Chimerical, filmed by Bafta winner Robin Whenary, which has enjoyed a full tour of the international festival circuit.

Ingeborg is delighted to have recently received her green card and is currently working on a variety of film and webseries projects, live storytelling events and audiobook narration. Recent highlights include her latest recording, The Wingman written by Natasha Anders and starring in White Flag for American Idols finalist Jenn Blosil - directed by Emmy award winner Raquel Marvez.

Ingeborg is also an avid writer and greeting card artist with a passion for food, the TCM channel, travel and her rescue kitty Harry Houdini. Although she will always be a South African girl at heart, she is excited about her recent move from New York to San Francisco and cannot wait to see what’s around the next corner!
